We at Rainbows Ireland aim to provide a secure and confidential service. To this end, we ensure that our computers are regularly updated with antivirus software.
Attendees attending Rainbows Ireland training online are responsible for the maintenance and protection of their own computers and for regularly updating their security software. Attendees are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to ensure confidentiality from their end during training sessions and afterward when computers may be shared.

Attendees accept that at Rainbows Ireland training, unpleasant and upsetting emotions may be experienced due the nature of the work Rainbows Ireland do, supporting children and young people with bereavement and parental separation.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they are available to start the training on time and attend the training until its close.
Cancellations
We operate a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel over 72-hours in advance, we will not charge you for the training session. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still be charged for the training, as we are unable to offer it to another person.
Information
We endeavour to update and/or supplement the content of our service on a regular basis. Despite our care and attention, content may be incomplete and/or incorrect.
The materials we offer are offered without any form of guarantee or claim to their correctness. These materials can be changed at any time without prior notice from us.

Payment
All payment is through BOI. BOI accepts all major credit cards.
All payments are upfront prior to the time of training.

By accepting the terms of use Attendees agree to comply with the following:
Attendees must be over 21years of age.
Attendees accept responsibility for checking that the laws in their country of residence permit their use of this service.
Attendees have read the policy on confidentiality, security, and terms of use and understand their implications.
Attendees agree that the use of the service is for supporting children and young people in the context of a Rainbows Ireland group and registered programme centre.
Attendees understand that this is not a free training and that all sessions are subject to payment in advance.
