Rainbows Facilitator Training:

Rainbows Facilitators are vital to the success of the Rainbows programme, providing essential support to children and young people during a crucial time in their lives. By sitting alongside participants and guiding them through thoughtfully crafted materials and resources over the nine-week duration of peer group support, these dedicated individuals make a significant impact on the well-being of the youth they serve. Your interest in becoming a Rainbows Facilitator is warmly welcomed, and we appreciate your commitment to this important role. 

Rainbows Ireland conducts a series of engaging four-day Facilitator Training sessions via Zoom throughout the year. To embark on your journey as a Rainbows Facilitator, you must first be affiliated with a registered Rainbows Centre. After securing this affiliation, you will be ready to book your spot in our comprehensive four-day Facilitator Training, where you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to help make a difference in the lives of young people.
