Therefore, we have established a comprehensive Database and a state-of-the-art Dashboard to capture and analyse the collective activity levels of Registered Rainbows Centres across the country.
As Joint Controllers on our Dashboard, every public and school centre shares the responsibility for managing these systems and safeguarding the data entered. This partnership is vital to our commitment to transparency and accountability.
It is imperative that all involved participate in Dashboard Training. We strongly recommend attending this training multiple times to ensure complete proficiency with the system. Mastery of the Dashboard is essential for understanding what data to enter, the reasons behind it, and effectively communicating with parents about the information shared with Rainbows Ireland Head Office. It is crucial that parents are fully informed of how we protect their privacy rights.
