Coordinator Ongoing Training and Development – for trained Coordinators
Coordinator Ongoing Training and Development provides a key aspect of support and mentoring for Coordinators in their role.
Rainbows Ireland requires all trained Coordinators to attend Ongoing Coordinator Training – every two years from the date of initial Coordinator training.
Coordinators who never had an opportunity to coordinate the Rainbows group support will be asked to retrain if the gap is more than three years since initial Coordinator training.
